NUM iLAW:

The Law is Our Lab.

To cultivate legal minds that innovate, lead, and excel.

Prof. HOR PENG

Rector of NUM

“Our program is built on the “learning by doing” philosophy, nurturing a diverse and supportive community where students become legal scholars committed to a greater purpose: justice. We foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and virtue, using a hands-on curriculum that builds the resilience and professionalism needed to turn research into solutions. This approach isn’t just about shaping future lawyers; it’s about creating leaders ready to make a tangible impact on Cambodia and the world.”
