Biography
DIN Siden is a Cambodian attorney-at-law, lecturer, and dispute resolution professional specializing in arbitration, mediation, legal and policy drafting, and regional legal cooperation. He is the Director of the NUM International Program of Legal Studies (NUM iLAW), where he leads curriculum development, quality assurance, practical legal training, and international advocacy programs.
He previously served as Secretary General of the National Commercial Arbitration Centre (NCAC), where he supported arbitration case administration, reviewed draft arbitral awards, and contributed to the development and reform of arbitration, mediation, ethics, and remote-hearing rules.
In addition to his academic role, he serves as a Legal Expert at the General Secretariat of the Legal Reform Committee, an Advisor with the rank of Director General at the Ministry of Commerce, and practices as an attorney-at-law. His professional work also includes legal reform, commercial transactions, dispute resolution, public communication, and institutional development.
