Biography

She is the Co-Principal at Din & Co. and an Adjunct Lecturer at the NUM International Program of Legal Studies. With over seven years of experience in international commercial law firms, she provides strategic legal advisory services to clients across Cambodia and internationally.
Her core expertise includes: Corporate Advisory: Advising clients on regulations applicable to the operations of their businesses in Cambodia. Transactions: Drafting sale-purchase agreements, advising on mergers and acquisitions, reviewing and drafting financing and commercial service agreements. Due Diligence: Conducting legal reviews for local companies, including those pursuing foreign and domestic stock exchange listings. Dispute Resolution: Handling commercial arbitration disputes at the National Commercial Arbitration Centre (NCAC).

She holds an LL.B. from the Royal University of Law and Economics of Cambodia and an LL.M. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in the United States. She is a duly certified professional approved by the Securities and Exchanges Regulator of Cambodia and the Trust Regulator to advise in those sectors and has completed the Arbitrator Certification Training with the NCAC.
