Biography

Prof. Dr. Peter Becker is a German lawyer, professor, and legal and governance expert with extensive academic and professional experience in public law, constitutional and administrative law, public administration, mediation, legal drafting, and institutional reform. He has held academic and senior advisory positions in Germany and internationally, including serving as Senior Legal Adviser to the Senate of the Kingdom of Cambodia. Prof. Becker has been involved with the National University of Management since 2014 and continues to contribute to legal education and academic development in Cambodia.
