Biography
NORN Panha is a Cambodian legal professional, lecturer, and moot court coach with experience in private law, commercial and corporate matters, arbitration, legal research and writing, and legal translation.
He is currently Co-Founder and Partner of DIN & Co., where he manages legal and translation teams and advises clients on business registration, regulatory compliance, contracts, and other commercial matters. His work includes drafting legal opinions, agreements, corporate documents, and providing legal and technical translation between Khmer and English.
He previously served as a Legal Officer at the National Commercial Arbitration Centre (NCAC), where he contributed to the amendment of the NCAC Arbitration Rules, supported arbitration case administration, scrutinized draft arbitral awards, and conducted legal research. He also worked at A&L Law Office on corporate, commercial, investment, banking and finance, construction, land, labor, taxation, securities, and other regulatory matters.
At NUM iLAW, he has coached students in major international moot court competitions, including the John H. Jackson Moot, LAWASIA International Moot, Frankfurt Investment Arbitration Moot, and Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition.
