Biography

Mr. FU Tianxin is a Chinese legal practitioner and consultant with professional experience in international business law, investment, insolvency and restructuring, cross-border transactions, and international trade matters.
He is currently the Founder and Consultant of Dagrand Law Office in Cambodia, where he provides legal services to Chinese investors operating in Cambodia. His previous experience includes serving as a Legal Advisor at DFDL in Laos, a Legal Officer at Beijing Capital Land, and a lawyer at Dentons Beijing. His work has involved complex cross-border investment and restructuring matters in Australia, Hong Kong, France, China, and Southeast Asia.

Mr. Fu has also worked with the China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Machinery and Electronic Products, where he handled international trade remedies, anti-dumping and countervailing matters, as well as major overseas infrastructure and investment projects. His earlier research in Cambodia focused on Cambodian land law and Chinese investment in Cambodia.
