Biography

MOSSENY SO is a Cambodian attorney-at-law, commercial arbitrator, accredited mediator, and legal educator with extensive experience in litigation, dispute resolution, commercial and civil matters, and international criminal justice.
He is the founder of SP Khmer Legal Law Office, where his practice covers civil, criminal, and commercial matters, including legal consultation, representation, contract drafting, and legal research. He is also a registered arbitrator of the National Commercial Arbitration Centre (NCAC) and a CEDR-accredited commercial mediator.

Mr. MOSSENY has significant experience with the Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia (ECCC). He served as National Co-Lawyer for Mr. Yim Tith in Case 004 and previously worked as a Case Manager for defence teams in Cases 002 and 003. His work involved international criminal law, international humanitarian law, fair trial rights, evidence analysis, legal research, and preparation of legal submissions.

His academic experience includes teaching English-language law courses at the University of Cambodia and Limkokwing University, including Business Law, Company Law, Introduction to Law, Criminal Law, Civil Law, and Family Law.
