Biography

Devid Saiyan is a legal professional, academic program manager, moot court coach, and lecturer at the NUM International Program of Legal Studies (NUM iLAW). His work combines academic administration, legal education, student advocacy training, institutional development, and legal practice.

As Program Manager of NUM iLAW, he supports the management of teaching and learning, institutional planning, quality assurance, accreditation documentation, international cooperation, student recruitment, and moot court programs. He previously served as an Academic Officer at NUM iLAW, where he contributed to program administration, external partnerships, public outreach, and institutional activities.

Devid is also actively involved in moot court education as a coach and lecturer, training students in legal research, memorandum drafting, and oral advocacy. His international mooting experience includes participation in competitions focused on public international law, international humanitarian law, investment arbitration, human rights, and ASEAN-related legal issues.
