Biography
THOU Monirath is a Cambodian attorney-at-law and legal practitioner with experience in corporate and commercial law, notarial practice, transactions, and legal advisory services.
She currently serves as a Senior Associate at HBS Notary Public and practices as an Attorney-at-Law at Khmer K N D Law Firm. She previously worked as an Attorney-at-Law at HBS Law and as a Legal Advisor at HBS Notary Public, giving her extensive practical exposure to both legal practice and notarial matters.
Ms. Monirath holds a Master of Laws from Transnational Law and Business University in the Republic of Korea and a Bachelor of Law from the Royal University of Law and Economics. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from the Institute of Foreign Languages at the Royal University of Phnom Penh. Her international academic experience includes participation in an International Environmental Law Moot Court and a European field study involving visits to the International Criminal Court, International Court of Justice, and European Commission.
