Biography

NEP Moonyka is a Cambodian attorney-at-law, legal practitioner, and former university lecturer with more than nine years of experience in legal practice, corporate and commercial matters, land and property transactions, contracts, and legal advisory services.

She currently serves as a Partner and Attorney-at-Law at Duan & Duan Phnom Penh Law Firm, where she advises clients, drafts and negotiates contracts, represents clients in court, supervises complex legal matters, and manages legal teams. Her work also includes identifying and managing legal, ethical, and operational risks for clients.

Ms. Moonyka holds a Master’s degree in International Economic Law from East China University of Political Science and Law in Shanghai, a Bachelor of Law from the Royal University of Law and Economics, and a Bachelor of International Business from Limkokwing University of Creative Technology.
