Our lecturer, Mr. Issei Sakano, participated as an expert panelist in the panel discussion on “Codification Methodology and Cambodia’s Commercial Code” at the Symposium on Commercial Code for Cambodia.
The symposium was co-organized by the Legal Reform Committee and the Trade Policy Advisory Committee at Sokha Phnom Penh Hotel, under the presidency of H.E. Vongsey Vissoth, Permanent Deputy Prime Minister and Minister in charge of the Office of the Council of Ministers.
This symposium served as an important forum for dialogue, discussion, and the exchange of perspectives, practical experiences, and expert inputs toward the development of a clear, harmonized, and comprehensive Commercial Code for Cambodia, contributing to the strengthening of the rule of law and legal reform in Cambodia.
